Sake Restaurant & Bar - Sydney

1.0 Reviews

The Sake Restaurant & Bar is a sexy venue that is great for a date. The lighting is low and moody. It's the kind of lighting that makes everyone look good. The interior is constructed completely of dark woods with exposed ceiling beams and pillars throughout the dining room. You could almost imagine that you're in the hull of a secret ship sailing out of Asia. The back wall of the restaurant is covered in a beautiful woman's face with pouty red lips. It's the only bright feature of the dining room and really draws the eye. It's a very sophisticated and grown up restaurant. It's also situated right in Sydney's oldest neighbourhood - The Rocks. You can easily catch a glimpse of the iconic Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge before heading into this sultry restaurant. Sake serves sensual and high-end Asian foods. You can find fresh sashimi, dumplings and hot pots served beautifully. It's the kind of food you can eat a lot of and not feel completely stuffed when leaving. There is plenty of sake to choose from and there's an extensive cocktail menu. This restaurant is a flavour oasis hidden right in The Rocks.
